another "underneath" shot, and we really see the amazing colors and designs these balloon-makers create.
(I can't get over how many "panels" there are in these, and how hard it must be to sew them together.) Love the shot and view.
(and thanks for pointing out that they would never go up in pre-storm conditions. Yeah, I never thought about that. These balloons could be destroyed in an instant...)
