Description
I didn't realize how big these cruise ships are until I stood next to this one in Galveston Harbor. It weighs 183,521 tons and is 1,031 feet long. Compare it to the USS Gerald R Ford (CVN78) aircraft carrier weighing in at 100,000 tons and 1,106 feet long. The Ford is much wider because it has a different job, but the Jubliee is one big ship!
