Look at that light...look at that light...here is that same light I was talking about earlier, only here it has a bronze tint...I would call this exquisite desolation. I didn't realize that was snow until I looked: A winterscape with stunning bronze and coppery tones. The sun isn't an orb so much as a slow-splash. And the figure on the bridge---it could be a wanderer, maybe a monk or nun, or maybe death itself...we don't know. It's desolate and beautiful. And the light on the snow is beautiful. It's almost honey-coated. A real beauty.
