wild youth! I don't know what these are called, but i've seen vehicles similar to them---run by "sails," so to speak. If the wind stopped, you pushed them with your feet.
You got the right feel---the confederate flag, the skull on the sail, the real skull below (with a Nazi helmet!), the dude with the massive beard, and what looks like a maoist sail (of the rising sun). These dudes aren't heading to church, I can pretty much assume that! Sweet lineup of the telephone poles---this is really nicely composed. (Are those 'scooters' motorized?) I'd like to say this reminds me of my youth, but not quite. I was wild, but not this wild. Lots of fun and very well done.
