I got the idea for this when I learned about past Russian experiments involving dolphins—which were used, or rather exploited, to attach limpet mines to enemy ships—or trained rats capable of detecting buried landmines.
Naturally, this reflects a deeply questionable attitude toward animals and their inherent value; so, I wondered how animals could be utilized without having to be sacrificed for human purposes.
That led to the idea—similar to the canine units deployed during disasters like earthquakes—of using highly intelligent animals, such as wolves, for protection and detection. It would be a relationship based more on partnership, showing far greater respect for the animal.

Testing of Dolphins to carry mines was carried out al so in the West, what about the the one about putting birds in to a bomb to guide the bomb in it's fall, the placement of bombs on a dog's back as a form of attacking tanks the dirty tricks depts on all side really have in the past proved beyond all reason how dirty this world can be
The shameless exploitation and abuse of animals that trust humans is just one of many aspects of human depravity.
Gute Bilder, aber trotzdem eine gruselige Vorstellung wenn man nun auch schon Wölfe für Kriegsspiele nutzen würde. Ich wäre eher dafür einige Kriegstreiber als Hauptgericht für einige Wolfsrudel anzusetzen.
Deine Idee hat was, ich wüsste da auch schon ein paar Kandidaten... Was die allgemeine Verwendung von Tieren beim Militär angeht, das reicht schon bis zu den Römern zurück. Beim römischen Tross waren z.B. auch Molosser dabei, also Mastiff-ähnliche, bullige Hunde, die bei Kampfeinsätzen dabei waren.
Moralisch ist das sicher fragwürdig, aber sind das Kriege im Allgemeinen nicht sowieso? Welche Rechtfertigung könnte z.B. Putin vorbringen, warum er ein Nachbarland überfällt und seine Bevölkerung gezielt töten lässt? Oder Hitler damals, der halb Europa in seinen Krieg hineingezogen hat? Was Putin angeht, ihn könnte man z.B. in ein Gehege mit hungrigen Wölfen stecken... 😆
Jupp, aber nicht nur den. Die Wölfe würden ne weile satt werden :)
