Quite the complex image you’ve got going on here. Must have been a huge file what with all the menacing warriors marching off to battle. Great scene with a really threatening character taking center stage. The sky transition to the darker, more threatening clouds is another nice touch. Terrific work!
Thanks a lot, gmvgmvgmv. It wasn't actually that big. The warriors are all texture-reduced, and there are only seven distinct types. Many are placed flat, others were added via multi-replication, and some were simply mirrored to create more variety. It was a labor-intensive task, but—as you can see—doable.
