Description
"I don't see why they're sending the combat unit with us," the red head complained. "It's a straightforward mission and we're plenty capable, Lillian!"
Her dark-haired companion replied, "Combat units aren't very smart; not very useful for diplomacy. Diplomacy is for us to manage, Joni. The big guy just clumps along and looks threatening to underscore how serious the force considers this territorial incursion."
"You know I'm right here and can hear every word," the Combat Unit muttered in its grinding mechanical voice.
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered with Poser 14.0.372 using the Superfly rendering engine with a tad of post work in Poser and a bit more in Photoshop. The Combat Unit is a stand alone mesh from Midnight Stories upon which I've done some significant retexturing. Lillian and Jonelle are meshes based on V4 using the Girl and Aiko morphs and some other custom changes by me, again with significant retexturing. The corridor is the work of 1971s with (I know, I'm getting redundant) retexturing by teh Mollz. If you have any questions about specific content or how I did retexturing I'd be glad to share that.

very nice :) the girl on the right is so cute :) I Think this is Jonelle? Good work.
Thank you for letting me know. I spent a lot of time on her appearance trying for a more unsophisticated look compared to the other Cadet, Lillian. Her textures are based on a character by Steffi at Little Design and were originally for a fairy.

Wonderful image!
Thank you, my dear. A little science fiction cuteness is more my speed than the previous image of a little Fairy on her Moon Swing. XD

Hey this is great, and I love the lighting and mood here.
Thanks PforMe. I enjoy this sort of image and I know you have a lot of experience producing sci-fi images so you kind words mean a lot to me! =)
Molly
Love the lighting. Great scene
Thank you! The lighting is mostly from the emissive elements in the scene. I added a "ghost light" just in front of the girls and the combat unit. I am pleased that it looks good to you! <3
Molly
Love their faces😍 and nice use of the Babylon Warrior figure too.
Thanks, Randy. I enjoyed creating the characters and always like trying for expressions that help tell the story. Even the combat unit (Babylon) has an expression on his metallic face but it doesn't show up as nicely as the girls' expressions. =)
Teh Mollz
creative cute
Thank you for your kind encouragement! =)

Amazing artwork, the big sliver guy is Babylon Warrior I like it
You're right about the metallic combat unit; it is based on the Babylon Warrior mesh which is stand alone. I'm pleased you enjoyed the image enough to comment. Thank you, my dear! =)
