wow :)
Thanks, Mel3d
This could almost be a photograph. Very well done. Footprints look most realistic. :-)
Many thanks, Staticon. This is an image from an old tutorial of mine about laying tracks into a terrain.
Super.
I did something similar some time ago with boot prints in snow leading to the door of a building.
Still, it is most effective. :-)
Yes, there are several ways to achieve that, but the most convincing method is still to blend the tracks directly into the terrain editor.
Echt wunderbar gemachte Fussabdrücke im nassen Sand.
Vielen Dank, Horo
Einfach klasse!
Vielen lieben Dank, Nena. Und dabei sind solche Spuren sogar recht schnell in Bryce gemacht :D
The footprints by the water are amazing!! (^O^)
Thanks a lot, tatu09
Reflection on wet sand and wave / foam detail also impressive
Many thanks, Heywoody
Sehr realistisch. Erfrischend dazu
Danke dir, illkirch
This image turned out fantastic! I always wanted to do footprint tracks with my 3D animation work in using 3ds Max, but somehow I did not take the time to do them as well as you have done here...congrats! :)
Many thanks, JohnnyM
The starfish is a lovely touch. Beautiful art :)
Thanks a lot, katyee
Fantastic work!
Thanks so much, starship64
I agree -- a simple yet very ingenious and complex scene. I assume you used a flattened terrain with foot-shaped depressions, plus a texture with just the right reflection and color.
Thanks, max-. Almost right. Fortunately, I only needed a small area of terrain for the beach here. That allowed me to use an image to embed the footprints directly into the terrain using the terrain editor. That’s always the best approach for tracks close to the camera.
