Description
If my search online is correct, it is the Hickory Tussock Moth (Lophocampa caryae).
Those 'fuzzy' hairs are actually more like needles that will dislodge and embed into your skin if you touch them and give you a nasty rash - defence mechanism.
So...admire from afar :) They are native to the area so good to see them around!
