I googled how paper could glow in the daylight.. - This is the result/ answer i got - Paper seems to glow in daylight because it is treated with Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs). These chemical compounds absorb invisible ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun and immediately re-emit it as a bright, visible blue light. This added light makes the paper appear ultra-bright and whiter than a standard reflecting surface ..
