Description
I decided to continue the animation tutorial before continuing my robot course. As probably previously said, the Subaru is my own design inspired by my actual Subaru Wilderness Crosstrek. Keeping it low poly is very hard as I tend to want to keep adding details.
During the tutorial, the instructor started adding rust, dents, scratches to his low poly car, but I wanted to keep mine looking more pristine. I've also added a picture of what his tutorial car looks like (screenshot from video & not actual model) and obviously this is my version. Not saying his is less than, just wanted to push myself and what better way then to do my own car.
My environment is already done except for textures, so that's next and then it will be animation. This will be the hardest part of the coursework but I'm very excited to see my car animated through the dessert. **squee

nice... i have yet to even make a basic car in blender..
haha, I totally get it. Maybe one day right?
Nice modelling. I'm even worse than pc_artist - I can't even make a cube. :-)
oh no!! lol, one can only hope you can at least learn that. **wink
To be honest. i do have a basic car making add -on but yet to use it... as to making 1 for " Scratch " - that seems more complex to me..
It's not bad if you have really good blueprints to get the base shape down. Not saying it's easy, just not as complicated until you start adding in a lot more details and keeping the mesh good and so forth. Something I have a long way to go in learning. :)
Thanks for the tip/ Suggestion... 3Domino.. all the best with your Blendering !...
