Captain Mitchell stroll comfortably through the corridor. "Captain!" He heard his rank called out from behind him. He continued walking even as he glanced over his shoulder. "Lieutenant Carter." He smiled fondly as she rushed up beside him. "Something on your mind, Lieutenant?" He questioned using her rank, know she was still not accustomed to her new position. She scowled at him, then smiled. "Well," She sighed softly with a shake of her head. "I have been do some research." "Not unusual." He grinned. "And do tell, what are you onto now?" "The Orpheus is a privateer freighter." She began. "Any contracts are listed. With Starfleet access, I have access to those contracts and what vessels are awarded them." "An so you know where our mystery freighter is headed next?" "Earth." He abruptly stopped and turned to stare at her. "Earth." He repeated, thinking of the freighter, with a Captain that had been raised by a Klingon Admiral, with some kind of connection with a Romulan vessel. A series of questions that as of yet had no answers. A vessel that seemed to have an uncanny ability to simple disappear off all official maps and them show up in an entirely unassociated location for no explainable reason. "Bridge." He commander as he turned and moved at a quicker pace. "I suppose we are about to make an unexpected visit to Earth?" Lieutenant Carter ventured. "If the Rumulan is also tracking the freighter, or working with it somehow, then this could be an opportunity to capture the target, or stop an attack on Earth. At the very least, maybe learn a bit more of this freighter and its connection." "And a bit of odd information." She went on. "This Captain is apparently assembling an odd assortment of crew as they go." "Odd?" He glanced at her questioningly. "Various humans, a pair of Drathian, Three free lancers. Estimated crew compliment of the freighter is now about twenty. According to ship records from the Contractors gild." "More and more interesting." Captain Mitchell considered the new information. "This Navarre of Qo'Nos is a strange puzzle." "Something else you may find interesting." She added. "Starfleet offered the freighter an Escort to Earth." "Offered?" He stopped again. "Out of respect for one Commissioner Donnier. He is having a private collection ship aboard the freighter." "How far does this go?" Mitchell started moving again. "It's the Enterprise." She watched his expression. Again he stopped and stared at her, his expression one of absolute shock. "What the hell?"
