She was the first of her class to venture beyond its base. First of her class be on an assignment. Currently skirting the neutral zone; searching for a mysterious Romulan excursion vessel.
But she also had a secondary assignment. The mystery Romulan vessel was also seeking something, a connection to an old freighter.
