Here, you wear the mask of friend whilst you shower me with praise
There, you've never met me, far beyond the end of days
Here, as always, I am wonderful, and there's genius to my work
There, you swallow silence in the shadows, where you lurk.
Then here, too, swallow silence, fashion chains upon your praise
Which there, becomes a dagger in my back
For you to watch me fall
With a smile on your face.
