Hehe ... That's a very old tale as I recall, and in our version I think it was a bean instead of a pea ;-)
It's nice to know you had such a great looking dog Max...my present Pomeranian dog family pet would have enjoyed hanging out with him! :-)
He was hard to keep-up with ... very hyper-active, always chasing ducks or swimming in the pond, and always needy for attention !
