There is a mini history behind this pathway. Once upon a time, there was a winding paved pathway that went down a hill. But lots of people were too lazy to fully wind back and forth especially at the part near the bottom of the hill and would cut through the grass. Even when the weather got rainy and things were very mucky, people would make their way through this mini short cut. With so many people walking through, it literally wore a trench into the hill which become dangerous to walk on but people still were walking on it. So to solve this issue they dumped a huge bunch of gravel to fill it in and hopefully prevent further erosion. So people keep happily walking across this area even as they kick gravel into the paved pathway due to rushing down this now gravel shortcut. The end. #Gravel #Path #Grass #Plants
