after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.
p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

Wow this really is an extraordinary capture, Steve. Just beautiful. :)
thanks hon.
Very beautiful capture and dedication to a great artist!
So beautiful and bizarre. I watch a guy on YT who classifies himself an Earth Watchman and he has shown pictures of clouds like these too. Amazing capture, buddy!
Fantastic photo.
Wonderful photo!
Good photo. They look like the touch the earth!
I don't know what it's called, but it looks scary!
Bublelicious :)
I think it's called mammatus
I have seen clouds like this a few times, including when Mt. St. Helens erupted! These are colorful though!
Great looking cloud image Steve, most of every cloud we have here lately has been man made with chemtrails blanketing our skies here in San Diego, Southern California. They always say these are contrails and not chemtrails but unfortunately that excuse is difficult to believe as civilian planes never zig zag in with these flight patterns. Having worked in aerospace for most of my life this excuse of them being contrails would never fly...please excuse the pun! lol :-)
That's a magical sky; interesting!
Wonder if it wasn't at the same year I saw such clouds, just on another continent. But should have to scan the photos like they were from good old camera. Anyway, they are very impressive clouds when you see them for real, many more than by photos only. It's like a sea above your head.
Excellent photo my friend 👍🙋♂️
Seen these a few times in my life, they are beautiful but kinda end of the world looking :) I think they are called Mammatus Clouds.
Awesome capture all the same :)
At least not intro view on world events like the wizardry lamps, very well and meaningful magnificent atmosphere..
Beautiful capture
Wow, wonderful clouds capture!
Great photo. I think Illkirch is right; looks like mammatus to me.
