🌿 ✦ 🔮 ✦ 🌿 Ch.1: 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓡𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓭 - Character File "Nothing great in the world has ever been achieved without passion..“ - Georg Hegel ✧ ❁ ✧ 🌿The Raven Lord, once known as Ylann, is a dark, mysterious figure of imposing stature. With his lean, sinewy limbs, he towers over most people. His face is marked by hardship and yet subtly ageless, as if time itself has paused reverently. Shaggy hair shining in all shades of red, individual stubbles and a thick beard, also red, conceal his features, and his deep red glowing eyes, framed by dark shadows, look like windows into an ancient soul. But it is not only his eyes that betray his otherness. Claw-like fingernails, which have formed unnoticed over the years, add to his eerie appearance. Around his neck he wears a multi-looped leather cord from which hangs a small raven skull that rests in the vulnerable hollow of his neck, but is usually hidden under his clothing to attract as little attention as possible. Some people believe that this skull protects the wearer's soul from dark magic. In the wrong hands, this artifact would be a dangerous weapon. In his right ear he wears an earring with a faint red glowing sphere, held by a raven's claw. A magical artifact that allows him to communicate with his ravens over long distances in an emergency. This is also concealed under his tangled mop of hair. And sometimes, when he stands against the light, it seems as if he himself is growing wings made of black feathers. As a child, Ylann grew up deep in the forests of Elementaris, which also explains his name, which means “forest”. His parents had once arrived in this land from the non-magical world in an unreal way. Still paralyzed by the still unexplained catastrophe, they avoided the outside world from then on and lived in seclusion, isolated from everything. For Ylann, the forest became everything. Refuge, playground and teacher. While his parents often admonished him not to waste his days with “useless roaming”, he explored every root, every tree and made friends with the animals of the forest. Only there, in the midst of nature, did he really feel at home. One day, as he called his thoughts out loud into the silence of the forest as he often did, his life changed forever. A single raven appeared, flew up and settled on a low-hanging branch. Ylann, fascinated by the imposing bird with its jet-black plumage, spoke softly to it. Suddenly, more birds flew in from all directions. They perched on the surrounding branches and surrounded him while their cawing swelled to an incomprehensible cacophony. Ylann sensed their displeasure and a certain aggression and wanted to fend them off, but stopped when the sounds became clearer. Without speaking, the ravens declared that this forest was their home and that humans would not be tolerated here. Ylann, offended and confused, refused to be driven away. But the oldest and largest of the ravens recognized something special in him. A soul that belonged to the forest and a quiet, natural authority that he had developed in harmony with nature. They decided to see Ylann not as an enemy, but as an ally. From that day on, the Raven Lord and the ravens became inseparable companions. The intelligent birds formed a loyal flock under his leadership. They flew far beyond the borders of the forest, scouring all regions of the land and bringing news and tidings from Elementaris to their master. Over the years, Ylann merged more and more with his feathered companions. They mirrored his thoughts, shared his grief and anger and made him a silent guardian of the land. Today, the Raven Prince is a myth to many, a dark legend that lives in the shadows of the forests. But his eyes see all, and his ravens fly on, always searching for the whispers of the worlds. Elementaris may still rest in balance, but great tasks still lie ahead for the Raven Lord. Elementaris, his world between worlds, holds secrets that press into the light and destinies that await a decision.

An instantly immersive beginning to the story. The animation brings out a good sense of the character. I'm enjoying all of the pieces so far in the Elementaris saga. Thank you for doing the story translated to English as well.
Smile, I'm glad you like the beginning of my Elementaris Saga. The animation was a spontaneous decision. :-)

Thanks for stopping by, I'm really happy about it and I appreciate it. But no pressure, you don't always have the time or inclination to comment. Just drop by when you have the time and inclination. :-)
You really know how to tell a story & the character & animation are fantastic!
Thank you so much, that means a lot to me. These are my first steps in writing something a bit more complex, and sometimes I'm surprised it works :-). And it's fun anyway...
