First, the woman's eyes indicate something is brewing---she's looking to the side like she's not sure what's about to happen. (Small detail but it really adds to this piece!) And there's a big dial by the robot-like creature---mysterious! It seems to be a sundial (with a big god-like head in the middle)...what that's there for, we don't know, which adds to the mystery. The whole piece radiates with questions (ala your title)...that huge sweeping curved thing on the right...and an even stranger cauldron-like thing on the left (it looks like thin spirits are dancing out of it---makes me think of "Double, double, toil and trouble...")...with water in front, heavy clouds in back, and a spaceship-like set of lights in the upper right corner: You packed this with things that are very precise but totally unknown to us, like we dropped in on this scene, where something big is being revealed but where we don't know what. Perfect for your title.
Finally, the book must contain something central to it all. I'm impressed with how you refrained from explaining! An image of mysteries, with a melancholic blueish tint. Beautifully done.
