Description
This is just the promo image I made for my last freebie.
I've been working on this standalone character since August 2025.
My idea was to make a funny animatable figure for Daz Studio.
Modelling was made with Blender.
Rigging with Daz Studio.
Texturing with the GIMP, since I cancelled my expensive Photoshop account.
I spent weeks to familiarize with GIMP, wich is a good (but slower) alternative to Photoshop.
I also had to learn how to use the aniMate2 plugin and it's interactions with the DS Timeline.
And today I'm happy to share Bernard the Hermit Crab for free!
