Give him his due. His intervention resulted in a truce. It's not the wished-for permanent solution, but an appalling war was finally stopped. For once, he's done something he really can brag about without making you think he's hallucinating. So far, the only achievement of his second term.
In my opinion, customs policy is pure extortion, and that applies worldwide. Ultimately, this kind of protectionism does not help the country in the long run either; prices rise, leading to unrest. This then justifies the deployment of reservists in the country itself, and there is another civil war. It is frightening that this is simply accepted...

Put a Large sing up in front of your home, invite Everyone in to Eat all of your grocieries , sleep in your Bed, drain your Bank account, take your medication , take your clothes....all while not paying a dime to you...When you end up loosing your home, then you will understand How Detrimental illegal imigration really is

He is a Rule of Law President, and that has been missing for some time .The U.S. is a mess..Mass people living in tents, Full streets of Drug addidcts lurching around in filth and violence..The U.S. is a nation of Laws that Every year cost us More and More Money to Debate.. or weaken... Law enforcement and and Protecting our Borders Is a riquirement by the constitution to protect us as a nation. I'm all for Legal imigration , and Forieng work Visa's....My Daughter Lives and works In washington DC, I fear for her safety every Day because Crime is so Bad..No percentage of Homocides should be acceptable . In principle, I could not care less about what is currently happening in the US (including the suppression of the opposition by all legal and illegal means, such as intimidating mayors and other individuals who protect democracy, such as prosecutors). I am not an American, and it would not really concern me – if Mr. Trump were not also interfering massively in the affairs of other countries worldwide with his blackmailing tactics – and his “tariff deals” are nothing else. What exactly is peace in Ukraine supposed to be if Ukraine is forced to accept massive cessions of territory that violate international law? That would be a free pass for further wars of aggression around the world.
Biden was certainly not a suitable candidate, but at least he would not have been Trump. Now we have him until at least the next election, if he has not completely undermined the US Constitution by then. What about the separation of powers in the US? What exactly is Congress still there for if it is not involved in important decisions anyway? Congratulations on your “savior”...
Tarriffs Deals were meant to bring countries to the table to even trade not take advantage..And so far it has been a sucess. America has been the Sugar daddy of the world for far too long. While the citizens of the U.S. flip the bill for aid and security to other countries, people here have to work two jobs just to make ends meet or face living in the streets . Russia is a nuclear weapons country, You can't just walk in and start Slapping Putin around..Would not end well .Need diplomacy to solve the situation .
