Description
Given the appearance of a sun lit veranda, this café aboard the Titanic was quite popular. A survivor of the Titanic took a menu from the time and framed it in his office. April 14, 1912 the café apparently served oysters, salmon, roast duckling, sirloin of beef, pâté de foie gras, peaches in Chartreuse jelly, chocolate and vanilla eclairs.
Very fancy eating indeed!
