I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Beautiful work, and a great tribute!

oh thank you so much, rod, this was such a terrific surprise, as you've been inundated and so has Jo. Thank you for thinking of me, and for your very beautiful words, and the beautiful image of one of your women reaching to the sky, with one of your beautiful sunsets in the background. (Or sunrises...) This really picked me up. My dental work is almost over for this year (though Jan brings implants---joy!) And the other stuff (ie, back, neck, and some other unwanted health-visitors) are beginning to move away. Thank you for this, it came at a perfect time. I hope Jo is recovering, and I wish you all the best with your throat and congestion---our allergy season probably makes it worse. (Did you know that the scientific name for "ragweed" is "ambrosia"? Really??? Who figured that one out...) I hope you have no lingering congestion---I'm pulling for you to recover on all fronts, Rod.
(As for "hangin' out with the troops"---oh they're here, but I don't think they're looking for people to hang out with, lol. Not right now at least...)
But I hope you have a long and full sabbatical, and I wish you and Jo full recovery. (You both must've thought, "covid, again???" It's in Chicago too, the little bugger.) I hope, when you come back, you'll be healed and feeling much better. Thank you for your wonderful words and triumphal image, I appreciate it greatly. And thank you to Steve, too, for his wonderful words ---I don't think I live up to these, but I appreciate it all greatly. Your dedi came at a time where it really made a difference---thank you again, Rod, I'm truly grateful. Get well soon, both of you!
(did you know that the "sabbatical" was originally the sabbath of years---ie, the seventh year as opposed to the seventh day. And the seventh sabbatical---49 years---was the jubilee, where everything goes wild. So stick around---you get a whole YEAR to celebrate and get healthy! I think they allow free steaks and chocolate sundaes. Keep an eye out...)

I just logged in after my 4 month absence Rod, I hope everything is starting to get better for you and your personal spirits are rising day by day. Life can get difficult at times and lately it may appear to get difficult all of the time. Such are the times we all live in now.I
Wow, I missed being here to add my support to our friend Mark, his presence is missed on this site for sure! I am glad he gets the recognition he has coming to him in your well thought out dedication to him. Mark is a very special friend to all of us here.
I know you too are taking some time off Rod but nevertheless I'll be going through your gallery in the following week to view what awesome art I missed viewing my friend. :-)

Good to see you back, Johnny! I'm doing better, bit by bit, and just taking things a day at a time. We do inhabit an insane world, that's for sure!
Yeah, Mark is one of a kind. It's always a pleasure to see his work and his encouragement! A special friend indeed! So many old-timers have left us here at Rendo - it sure isn't what it used to be. Having friends like you and Mark is the reason I'm still here.

This lady reflects the gold, shining heart of our dear friend, Mark. So beautiful that you designed this for him; especially against this magnificent background, the lady seems to shout to the heavens, like: "throw the best and most beautiful down, and let it land with every breath of all with a heart full of love, full of care for others", etc. The lady cheers, giving power to your words, Rod. Let this inspire Mark, Jo and you to receive all good things from heaven, with enough positive energy to grow in all areas. That is my wish, as well as it will be my prayers. With love, Jacomina. :)
