Hi and hope your enjoying your weekend :)
This is all muse...no story, no motivation for the result, just sat down and played so any input as to what is going on here is welcomed and I do think I got the atmosphere a little wrong, to harsh but maybe thats how it is supposed to look at night under all those lights :)

Just dropping by quickly....Sunday got busy....lol
Spot lights are Epic God rays using Dispersive, no dust, no fx. post denoiser on. I adjusted the opacity on the individual ray plans, played with the atmosphere cube and fx and bloomed in the render settings to get what you see.....I did post work out a couple of sharp light edges near the pickup but rest of the lighting turned out as intended. Just a matter of playing with opacity, atmos cube and fx plans to get the light to fill in and definitely the post noise filter when rendering in Daz at least or it looks way different and nowhere near cool.
