Indeed, excellent. And I remember the time the beer was delivered from the brewery to the restaurants in this manner - though there were 4 horses.

I, too, recall the dray-man delivering beer to the local public houses on a horse-drawn dray. We used to wave to him as he passed our house and he always waved back.
We always knew him as Mr. Stevens an his dray was pulled by two enormous shire horses.
His was the last of the horse-drawn drays and all deliveries were by lorry after he retired.
