Description
The last appetizer we had was the Duck Tskune Skewer. If you had roast or peking duck before, you might be a bit thrown by the consistency of this one, as it was ground duck (probably to get those nice round shapes). it was very tasty though - I liked this equally as the dumplings at the Lulu bar; was a tie for my favourite appetizer there. It's served with the egg in the sauce. You're supposed to mix the egg into the sauce and then put it on the duck skewers, though it was a bit hard since the dish was a bit shallow for mixing.

Another classical Food, this time Japanese! This is perfect in its serving on a Shiso-Leaf! All in all perfect!
