A reminder that rust never sleeps
I saw it as an allegory based on these cars, or as a waking nightmare that this beautiful spyder lost in the middle of all these wrecks would have, hence the title evoking David Lynch.
i prefer the car to the right. Now that would be an awesome restore project.
I understand that restoring something old also means learning about its history, and the time of the process that accompanies this work is like a gestation that places us outside of time.
true on many levels, but at my age, it's the memories. My mother street raced a car like that. i remember it in the driveway. god almighty, could she drive. lol
