Wonderfully creative and beautiful - just like you!
Thanks Jim....When I was very little, me and my brothers thought it was God hiding in those sunray clouds....how wrong we were....unless he's still hiding.......... ?
If you want to control the darkness of the shadows on those clouds you can use the Emission parameter in the Volumetrics Cloud Editor. As D. stated in his Tool Tip: "Can also be used for ambient lighting". Just give the Emission > Color Dot a grayscale value of '0.15 - 0.2' - or whatever you wish. You can also drive that parameter with a Function Graph and a Gradient._____when I was little my family called those sunbeams, "J-Rays" - I didn't know why... 😉✌️
Please check out my quick update to the 'Volumetrics Musings' thread in the MJW Users Forum.
Thanks for the clouds tip....I was wondering how to do that...... Actually ,of course, the whole thing is generally a big mystery to me......
Nice shadows from the cloud density making those Godrays stand out :)
Beautiful atm, terrain and light!
