Description
On a brisk winter Sunday my friend and I went to the park for some fresh air and relaxation when we stumbled upon these 2 girls apparently doing the same thing. I regret not having a good pic of the other girl, as she was even more interesting and photogenic.

Those were the days when it was safe to wander the parks, meeting new people and sipping from a bottle of well aged air....oh the memories :)
Great capture and show of what life was once :)
Yep, many good memories sleeping in the past.
Today there's so many rules, laws and regulations that you almost feel like a prisoner. The notion of 'freedom' now seems to be nothing more than an imaginary specter... a propaganda phrase to get votes.
Yes, the ones that are easy going and want to leave things alone don't pass laws and regulations. Those with a personal agenda, that think everyone should be like them are the ones that force others to their beliefs through government.
Wonderful shot of the way it used to be. Laid back and easy-going. A very attractive young lady.
I just saw a story on the news about several parks here in Independence, MO. being vandalized. Toilets busted into pieces, AC units ripped open, and copper tubing stripped, stuff like that. WTF is wrong with people?

Yeah, I hate that sort of nastiness. It's a bad sign and could indicate the beginning of a societal collapse. The root cause could be numerous and complex, but is usually traced to basic injustice, like excess wealth inequality and laws at odds with the laws of nature and logic which just makes people angry and crazy. But in some cases such violence is actually fueled by big money from people high-up who have some selfish agenda.
