Description
Poseidon made it clear not to venture above surface, especially where humans are present -- but does she ever listen? No! His daughter is a reckless, impulsive and egotistic brat that simply can't resist sticking her head above water every year and show off her superiority over puny humans.

Ethereal fantasy images - very beautiful!
Thanks, Blue:-)
Well at first I hoped her dress was drip dry but they forgot about that when I was blown away by the next view. Wow and a fave for me.
Her dress not only has mysterious magical properties, but is a morphing dress too;-)
Both super images !
Thanks, Water!
Beautiful.
Thanks for visiting, Lyla:-)
I love the (very appropriate) God (Goddess?) rays through the ocean surface, that effect always works for me (when done properly) ... you know her giant husband was said to have 50 heads and 100 arms ... and seeing her like this you can kind of imagine why so many limbs and fingers and lips and tongues would be useful. It does raise ... the question. How many ... err ... lets say "units" do you think the fellow had? They always seem to leave that part out ... of the mythologies that is. I mean I know men and with 50 heads if the number of "bits" was more than one they would have been bragging about it all the time, and somebody would have written it down. I guess I need to do a little research.
Lol... I wouldn't take myths too seriously ... they can be a very distorted version of actual reality passed on by the ignorant or by comedians;-)
Benthésicymé? So she decided it was time to no longer listen to her father, finally ;)
Beautiful work!!!
Nicely done. - Bob
Thanks, Bob:-)
