(For the background of what this character was created for, etc., please see my first render in the series of Luke Skywalker. Thank you.) Here we have my favorite smuggler, Han Solo. I actually created a brand-new Harrison Ford likeness for this character rather than use the old one I made some ten years ago. I sculpted his face using Poser's built-in morphing tools and lots of reference photos. I also created all of the body textures which included painting on his famous scar. Actually, the most difficult part of this character set was finding the right hair model. I *think* I finally got it right or at least as right as I'm going to get it. The outfit and blaster models came from elsewhere. I had to edit/repaint the texture of the pants because they were the wrong color. He wears blue pants with red bloodstripes with the vest in A New Hope. I plan to also create his Empire Strikes Back look and maybe the Return of the Jedi outfit as well which is basically just the ESB version with a vest and a trench coat.
