Description
Hello everyone and yup a Star Wars one :)
Found this asset 'Imperial Bridge' a while back on CGTrader (freebie) or maybe Open3DLab, pretty sure it was CG. Think it was FBX maybe Blender but either way I had to apply all the textures and they were there when you worked out the names for everything...lol, still quite time consuming but end of the day I think it came out quite well.
Rendered in 2 parts in Daz and put together in CS3.
Thanks for dropping by and have a great day, peace :)

Fantastic scene of the Imperial Bridge - very beautifully composed!
Yes it came up very nice for a freebie and thank you :)
Quite an epic SF feast for the eyes ... and that's a lot of characters you got there, including their shadows:-)
Mr. Vader would be impressed.
Yes is a lot of characters and they are all 3d assets and node instances so I could fill the scene without killing my PC...lol
Thank you and sorry to hear about your recent PC issue, really stuffs you up when that kinda thing happens and having to do something you just simply don't wanna do but you have to.
Nicely done!
Thank you very much :)
Typical Imperial management. All the work is going outside and everyone else is just standing around inside. :-) HA! Really incredible render in how you put so much into this!
They don't get paid enough to work to hard....lol
Thank you and was a lot of fun to build and getting all the effects to work in Daz :)
Too bad all this work has to be destroyed.
Awwww :) at least I have a backup and handed it over to the republic spy's for safe keeping lol
Thank you for dropping by :)
Incredible quality here...this scene is perfect even if very detalied.
Thank you Gaius, much appreciated :)
Unfortunately, you have a combination of timelines occurring simultaneously. Those are First Order troopers; the Darth Vader character shouldn't be in the scene. He's been dead and cremated for a very long time.
Otherwise, excellent render.
Sorry about that but can't be to fussy when dealing with freebies and had a lot of fun creating this and I have noted what you have said and although I should have known better I was completely lost in creating this :)
Thank you for taking a peek :)
Great
Thank you KF :)
Outstanding art! Fantastic work! 👍🙋♂️
Thank you very much Saby :)
Must've been a chore to compose. Well done!
There were a few frustrations for sure...lol and had a blast putting it together though, probably spent a good 8hrs on this over 2 days :)
Thank you :)
You sure like those epic large images. You must be a glutton for punishment. A lot of hard work. So many characters to control and pose. Excellent image. - Bob
One must suffer for their art.....or have plenty of time one their hands...lol
I just get carried away when doing these bigger scenes, so much space and I wanna fill it all until I am happy with the result and yes I do get discouraged sometimes but only got myself to blame for biting of more than I can chew...lol and the characters placements were the biggest pain with the lighting I was using, took the most time plus having to put ghost lights out in space to highlight the ships without flooding the rest of the scene with light. All fun at the end of the day and working on more big scenes for the future :)
Thanks for the visit Bob, much appreciated :)
Oh this is so good! Bravo!
Now you've got the "Imperial March" playing in my head on repeat!
LOL....I had the same thing happening to me as I was building this and long after I had finished for the day....at least it was a good tune to be stuck in my head :)
Thank you :)
This is what were refer to as "epic space opera cinematic goodness,"
Thank you very much and Thank you for the high praise, really appreciate FB :)
so vastly cool of a view and details.
Thank you very much and glad you enjoyed :)
Wow you just put a whole battle scene together. Looks fantastic!
Yup and was lots of fun to build :)
Thank you and for the visit :)
About mixing timelines --- It's your image, your story, your timelines and your creation, not someone else's! LOL. So feel free to mix any timeline or any character anyway you desire, and if anyone stops you my Polaris will stop them;-)
I know and not bothered about time lines as it is my idea and worked with what I had and I am proud of what I achieved but in saying that I can appreciate where they are coming from as well as some people are very passionate about their franchises and good for them but that doesn't mean I will create any differently. At least they came and looked and offered a valid point so Polaris can stand down this time...lol
Thanks Max :)
This new graphic has turned out simply great!
Thank you and for the visit :)
This is excellent in a very galactic way! Fantastic work! I need to get all my SW discs back out - it's been a while.
I still watch them every year, but not in order just as I feel the force guide me to the one I need to dee :)
Thanks Rod and hope your well :)
This scene is my favorite type of scene and I will leave out the reason why as you may already have a good idea about how I feel on Star War scenes.
I read the comment about that certain individual explaining to you how he felt the timelines on the use of First Order Troopers where not accurate with Darth Vader in the scene and i had to laugh a bit because if he ever visits my gallery he will find so many inconsistencies in all of my Star Wars based renders for sure. I go out of my way to create Star Wars characters in different timelines as I see fit.I have placed Storm Troopers in race cars, romance scenes, action heroes and many other genres.
I haven't done a Storm Trooper in a horror genre, perhaps I will pose a challenge for you to do that someday. My idea is for you to place Darth Vader in a dark tunnel with lots of fog and that moody lighting you do so well. The red glow of his light saver would be clearly visible through the fog or smoke. If he has help, place two troopers with him to watch his back from any creatures of your choosing. Today would be a perfect day for that being its Friday The 13th in the USA, yet in Australia its most likely already the 14th my friend.
You did a great job with this scene and it looks awesome...now if only my computer would not self destruct the moment I hit render in order to animate a large scene like this one. I would likely have to have Kevlar protective gear prior to doing so! lol :-)
lol...can't please everyone and we work with what we have in the 3D world and based on your comment you have inspired me to create something I hope you may like on your return from Holidays....stayed tuned and love it when you guys inspire me to go outside my comfort Zone.....stay tuned...lol
Thanks Johnny :)
Truly awesome bridge and characters. You have the complete set of uniforms for all the characters, droids and many of the fighters for the Republic and the Empire. So much detail very cool scene. Super effects.
Thank you very much and have been collecting that stuff for years...lol Amazing what you find in your runtime when you really look around :)
