Yes it is the voice, but not the King
this has been made up by six Tracks,
the work about was get the audio track change it in to wave format in to a app to change the mix to backing tracks and voice audio
take the voice track and run thru an lip syc app
then remove the voice track from the mp4 file
place in to an video time line
re place the vocal track with the main down load audio track so given the voice plus backing
add the two fill ins of the girls dancing,
take the video of the male singer and remove parts that contain movement of his lips but no voice part with the girls
render and then up load
all in all about two hours sweat, blood, hair lost and tea
Apart from the time not that hard of work loads of fun at least that is what I say to my self
