Description
Olivia Pryde, the CEO of Pryde Mechanical Persons presents this year's line of female companions ranging from elfin to muscle-bound. She is observed by the chief of humanoid robot production, Lillian Natsuki. Olivia's personal assistant, Sheila Halloran, communicates with the network supporting the model show using her communications cuff.
Molly's artist notes: This was set up and rendered using Poser 13.3.1041 and the Superfly Cycles X rendering engine. Some postwork was done with Superfly and a tad more in Photoshop. All the models are based on the venerable V4 except for Olivia Pryde who is based upon Dawn. The setting is based on work by BlueTreeStudio.
The characters are being developed for a graphic novel story I have in mind and may or may not get to in this lifetime.😏

So what I see here is a pirate announcing a slave auction. The only thing that's missing is a big banner that says "Take a Wench for a Bride".
monologue: "Shift yer cargo, Dearie, let 'em see your larbord side". An E-ticket ride.
Seriously though, I do like the render.
Heh. That scenario would certainly be laid out in much the same way! I consider humanoid robots the return of a form of slavery and the auction idea works in that imagining. =)
I really appreciate your amusing and encouraging comment, thank you! <3

Intersting concept.. i look forward to seeing what you do with it!
Thank you, Joe. This is the second image I've done exploring a story set within a world where Pryde Mechanical Persons is a big company not unlike Tesla or Apple. I've got several story ideas but will probably noodle around with settings and characters a bit more. So many irons in the fire... XD

Clever idea. The attached prose clarifies the droid element - when I first peeked, I thought "Why the same outfits?".
Heh. Yes, the buyer of the doll can dress her as she/he likes but for the fashion parade they are all just dressed in the factory smocks that are slapped on them for modesty's sake as they come off the assembly line. They're indistinguishable from humans except they have slightly higher mass and the android network connector on their temple is a dead give away. I have a story in mind and this is the second character test image for that. =)
As always, I appreciate your comment, JD. I always love to hear from you.

Like the twist on the classic fashion catwalk/show. This is well done and hope you can get to the story you're planning for this!
Thank you for the encouragement, Amanda. I've got another big project going at Deviant Art at the moment but perhaps this will be next. I certainly love the characters and the idea. =)
