I'm guessing you used the "Sun Hologram" package to depict the wingtip disruptor effects? I really like the glittering fringes of the "bolts"!
I did indeed. My first War of the Worlds effort, lo these many years ago, used WeirdJuice's Metagorm, which stopped working about Poser 7. So this time, Sun Hologram was used, and frankly, yielded better results.
This model comes up so well in Poser and you nailed the effects.
I tried this model in Daz briefly...need to play with the textures a bit but maybe will do something with it at a later time.
Thank you. The Sun Hologram did make for some nice disruptor effects, didn't it. I also updated the copper texture to a Superfly version, which gave some lovely reflections. Alas, I have not used Daz Studio in some time, so I have no useful tweaking tips for the textures.
Yes I really liked those disruptor effects, really added some authenticity to the model and the scene :)
