The world is increasingly falling into the clutches of anti-democratic individuals who, under the guise of supposed concern for their respective countries, seek to curtail or even abolish fundamental rights, who simply ignore legal decisions, undermine them, and/or even criminalize representatives of the judiciary themselves. Entire groups of people are being marginalized and stigmatized; people who don't conform to their own ideas are being defamed in order to have a pretext for getting rid of them – by whatever means necessary! Some are even openly eyeing the restoration of fascist structures and are trying to pave the way for this by expanding legal and moral boundaries and by deliberately using certain language patterns and terms. Now, there will surely be some naysayers again, arguing that artists should stick to their craft and leave politics out of it. Well, these people in question don't leave anyone out, and once the trap is sprung, it's too late to fight back!
