Poor bird. Must have been fun to pose that strategic belt.

Is it really a real bird? I placed it close to the lens, suggesting that it could come from there, it is only a decoy to stage the cat; as for the belt of the bathrobe it has the same role for my potential spectators, my images simultaneously question voyeurism and cunning.

Interesting in your comment to illkirch.. the canary definitely has a bit of the "wind up toy" about at. We used to have these chinse toys as kids, which would tweet and flutter thier wings - they were meant to fly but were never that good at it, but still drove the cats in the house crazy!
