i wholly agree!! i used to work a lot in desaturated palettes, in fact, was very comfortable in that arena, but then i started working with Abby and had to teach myself to be okay with colour. now it is difficult for me to use black/white, or desaturated tones, but once i found the right b/w tonality for this, i couldn't see it being in colour any longer without it feeling wrong somehow... it's all rather strange, i suppose...
