Well, I hope someone has warp drive out there.... Ripley's in a distressing situation.
Really excellent work on this!
Thank you, she needs a boyfriend I think. 🤣
The cat doesn't look worried at all!
That's why we love them so. Thanks.
great atmosphere in this
Thank you much.
Wow! What a nice looking new compilation!
Thank you.
Not a good situation to be in, lost in space. Jonesy sure does not seem to mind. Great ambiance and expression.
Cool thanks so much.
Great job on this one. (one of the best sci-fi outer space monster horror movies ever). She was one great character. One of the first female leads in a movie that wasn't about romance, to my knowledge.
I know right. She played just right, I liked her best in Aliens. You didn't see her as just a woman but a person, that's what great writing does. Funny how these days we have all the super special effects and cgi but can't develop good characters and story lines. i think it's a generational thing no offense but that's how I see it. Thanks so much and glad you can appreciate this.
Thank you. I think it is a generational thing. There's a whole generation of people who grew up on video and PC games where the emphasis is on action and blowing things up and killing as many things as possible. The characters are simply place holders to put the non-stop action. That said, I think the novelty of cgi and special effects has worn off and become commonplace. I've watched a few really good series on Netflix made in recent years that have interesting unique storylines and characters, superb special effects, coupled with great writing. So that could be a positive trend.
Lets hope so. My fav. was Breaking Bad, what a series. It started the streaming wars in my opinion.
