Description
The pair stood before the observation window in silence as Captain Mitchell stared out upon the vessel before them.
His eyes took in the various dry-docks of this particular tree base, taking notice to the amount of similar vessel in various points of construction.
"So many." He gasped in awe.
"An entire fleet under construction, Captain." The newly promoted lieutenant beamed with pride. "Now considered to be among the most powerful in all of Starfleet."
"An entire fleet." He shook his head slowly. "And all in secrecy."
"One of many fleets, Captain."
"Captain," The Security Officer announced politely. "Lieutenant. If you will accompany me to the transporter room. We can get you aboard. Your belongings have already bent sent over."
"Moment of truth." Mitchell gave a soft sigh. Giving the vessel a last look, he then turned to follow the officer.
