Description
~Big Bad Wolf II~
My first render with the brand-new Flux-1, the successor to the SD3 fiasco. According to Emad Mostaque, it was created by Stability AI dissidents who started their own "Black Forest Labs" company, making their own model in record time, and looking at the online benchmarks, it puts SD3 to shame. Even though it's a base model, it can handle a wide variety of styles, from cartoonish to realistic.
It has been taking the web by storm with its large 12B model, also offering a "Schnell" ("fast" in German) version that runs in only 4 steps (instead of 20). In comparison, SD3 was released with a mere a 2B model that Stability AI claimed to be "medium".
After some testing, I would easily consider Flux-1 the new king of the hill, remaining 100% free as the original Stable Diffusion was before v3.0. It tackles all the SD issues SD3 was supposed to fix: prompt fidelity, hands, text, and relative positioning. It comes in 3 versions: standard, Schnell (fast), and the PRO paid version behind an API. I will be writing a full review at my page at DeviantArt soon.

This is really adorable.
Thank you! Always exciting to have new toys to play with. ^^
Oh, why must the wolf always be bad? maybe they are just misunderstood? But cute?
Because it's fun. ^___^
Awesome art work, you set the standard for fun images my friend...Congrats! :-)
Thanks! You are very kind. ^___^/
This is a strange nightmare come true. LOL The "Bad wolf" looks just as cute as the red riding hood ... with rabbit ears??? Very creative and funny! I like it!
Thank you! Not to mention the wolf is made of crochet. ^___^
lol this is awesome and a fave :)
Thank you! ^__^/
This is just too fun - and beautifully done!
I may have to look into that Flux deal..
Thank you! Many out there agree that Flux is what SD 3.0 was supposed to have been. My only concern is that I don't believe it's possible to fine tune or train LoRAs from a 12B model at home with consumer-grade GPU. People would have to rent more powerful online GPUs. Community support might be affected by that, but we will see. ^^
This is so cute!
Thank you! Classic wolf & rabbit scene, but made of crochet. ^___^
Nice!!! And it seems you have already answered my questions.
Thank you! ^^
