Description
The last main meal option during the 2024 Summerlicious at the iSLAS Filipino BBQ and Bar was the Chicken Inasal, which consisted of two chicken legs with marinade made of lemongrass, ginger and spices. Served with the chicken was vegetable fritter and garlic fried rice. Another very tasty dish, the vegetable fritter was a nice touch - I believe it was made out of sweet potato.
And no I was not brave enough to eat that whole red chili...
