Photo of my then almost-4-year-old cat, Monty. Part Bengal, as his coat pattern, big strong paws & jaws, run-you-ragged-without-even-trying, extreme cattitude and seriously-thinks-he's-a-dog behaviour all attest. Apologies for low quality -- I had to recover it from a backup folder that had only the smaller .jpegs I'd made for email & forum sharing, though I am hopeful the full sized original is on one of my SD cards or the portable hard drives I've stored for safekeeping. Was taken with my first digital camera, a little blue Canon Powershot I bought at Dell, some time around late 2008 or early 2009. And yes, this is the same picture that I used for Monty: A Portrait. 11 years gone and I still miss him.
