Lyla, what day do you celebrate Father’s Day there??? Here in Brazil we celebrate the second Sunday of August. I really liked your tribute to your parents. My dear father and my best friend left us on November 30, 2018, almost 91 years old. How I miss him so much!!! I receive your tribute in his name and in my name too. Thank you very much!!!
It is celebrated on the third Sunday in June. My parents are both gone now also. Miss them too. I couldn't have had better parents.

Anecdote you might like. Years ago when my 'Dizzy' was a nipper she shouted from the other room "Dad how do you spell Father?" well me thinking she was doing her homework I replied "Uhm, Farther"...anyway when I eventually received my card I read it and said "Dizz you've spelt Father wrong" and you can guess the response, "Well you told me how to spell it!" oops. Anyway, thank you for bringing back that memory, with a super image that looks as good as a photo.
