Here are three views of the models for the upcoming River Harbor Group in the Ancient Persia model sets. The first pic shows four of the six boats in the package, the light house, one of the background buildings, and the incomplete boat-building building. The second picture provides a little better view of the main cargo ship, the fast courier ship on the right and a small fishing boat in the center. The third picture shows a few of the background people models that will be included in this package. These are all test renders of the models in *.fbx file format made with their full PBR texture sets. The renders are made with Maverick Render, a stand-alone rendering application. The only lighting used here is a free HDR image from PolyHaven called "Little Paris Effiel Tower." This HDR image is great for image-based lighting because it has "strong direction" and is quite "steerable." Here, you can see that I "steered" the image once in the first render so that the light focuses on the far dhow, and the second time so that it focuses on the small fishing ship. But, this HDR image also can be oriented for relatively diffuse lighting purposes as in the third render.
