That's the point: if he had lived under the circumstances shown in the pictures, i.e. either as a Rastafarian OR imprisoned for some serious crime, THEN he would have had no opportunity to plunge the world into misery! A relaxed Jamaican would not have come up with the idea of wanting to murder (or have murdered) people he didn't like, and someone who is in prison certainly wouldn't either...
