This is an excellent example of how well you can control light in dark situations...it looks fantastic! I especially like the way you do the glow effects and they look awesome in this garage scene!
About the only thing I would have been tempted to add to this render to make her face more visible, would be to add a blue-green light to the right side of her face so the glow from the near by wall would illuminate and add some needed light to her face. If you wanted, you could also add another light slightly above in front so the green glow from the above light would also help to light her beautiful face and make it more visible.
Your art work is outstanding as it is, these are only recommendations towards this one render and nothing more my friend! Doing dark renders is never easy and I struggle with it myself! :-)
