Cool scene. How on earth do you get the lighting right for these renders? It's perfect, with everything visible even in the more shaded areas. great work.
I guess just keep experimenting with different lighting. Here I have a light box at low setting and the emmiting neon lights do most of the work. Also I use a volumetric cube with cycles Shader scattering volume to get an atmosphere. I hope this works for you. Cheers.

The underworld of the big city where crime, decay and infestation are abundant. Very cool atmosphere and possibly a threatening situation for the lady coming down the stairs. Terrific job!
