This barely visible character certainly is able to create such a stir in this neighborhood! It kind of reminds me of all the images we have been exposed on TV of Bigfoot. They both have this in common, they are both blurry and hardly able to tell for certain what it is, no matter how long we look at the captured image. I think its time to set up this neighborhood with several HD night vision cameras my friend! Awesome job! lol :-)
