(An old render)
This is what can happen if you take the back of Mike's head off and view his face from behind.
The eyeballs, inner nostrils and inner mouth had to go too because they just ruined it.
I had to be a bit tricksy with the lighting and/or materials - I think I lit him from the front and used Diffuse nodes with Normals Forward, or perhaps Translucence on the PoserSurface ? I can't remember as I lost the PZ3.
I think I was thinking about doing an animation... but this single render is all I can find from this idea
